Aims for the 2022 season: Compete at the World Championships in the 400m and Mixed 4x400m, win a medal at the European Championships, win the National championships and break the Irish national record for the 400m

How will the Jerry Kiernan foundation help you achieve these aims: The support from the Jerry Kiernan foundation will help me to achieve my goals by giving me the chance to travel to higher quality races and essential training camps abroad, and help towards the likes of physio, nutrition, S&C, all of which will allow me to reach my full potential.
