Career Highlight to date: Running the European U23 standard for 10,000m last year. Also, qualifying for and running at Eurocross in Dublin.

Aims for the 2022 season: Continue to improve on my PB over 5000m and to be selected for the European Cross Country Championships again in the winter.

How will the Jerry Kiernan Foundation help you achieve these aims: The financial support provided by the Jerry Kiernan Foundation will enable me to gain access to high quality races abroad and training camps. This will undoubtedly help me improve as an athlete and help me to achieve my aims.
